Do you love the music by 3 Doors Down? I do. And this painting is my idea of their song "Race for the Sun". It's also a study for a larger version I hope to paint in 2018...because I adore horses and the song and doing a larger one is a great way to spend time with both.
This is an original painting in professional grade acrylic and mixed media on panel. It has been varnished with a high gloss varnish and needs no glass in the frame.
