I know it’s difficult to really tell how well a piece of art will look in your home until you’ve purchased it.  To make this risk-free for you, I will fully refund any work that is returned within 10 business days of the date of receipt.  All art should be returned in original condition.

If you're not happy with a purchase that you made on Pixels.com, for any reason, you can return it to us within 30 days of the order date.   As soon as it arrives, we'll issue a full refund for the entire purchase price.   Please note - Pixels does not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.

In the case of damaged goods, there is no need to send the product back to them. Simply email their Customer Care the order number and images of the damaged goods or only the order ID for lost goods and they will have replacements sent out right away.
